I really enjoyed it, and Scott says he did too, so I imagine we'll be eating it fairly often. I liked the slow cooker approach, since it seems like I think of cooking five or six hours ahead, or else an hour ahead. Those two or three hour projects don't seem to work for me very well. Mind you baking would mean no need to peel, so that is attractive too. I'm sure I'll manage that one of these days. Oh that would be popular in this house, too! Baby Sugar something. It came from Burpee. Our local food coop also carries organic pumpkins when they're in season, so we eat this mostly in the fall. We also mix up the recipe. One semi-successful attempt was a Mexican-style with corn tortillas, cheddar, and beans. We need to tweak the proportions, but it went fairly well. We can’t remember. Baby Sugar something.
